The venue is great fun with a different fancy-dress theme each year, but that's not all. Live music is something the Island experiences every day of the week, from Jazz, Folk, Rock, Classical and Nightclub. Look out for special events: Mottistone Jazz, Rock & Blues nights at Ryde, Newport and Ventnor.

Many island pubs have entertainment, some every night of the week. Lots are geared up for family groups, with safe play areas, childrens menus as well as providing excellent food, wines and real ale and non-alcoholic beverages for the adults.
